What You’ll Bring
- A strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
- Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, and outdoor construction (previous experience with hardscaping is required).
- Ability to work with hand and power tools such as shovels, rakes, mowers, and other landscaping equipment.
- Physical stamina to lift 40+ pounds, climb ladders, and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in the construction and installation of hardscapes, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor features.
- Maintain and operate landscaping tools and equipment safely.
- Work collaboratively with a team to complete projects on time and to high standards.
- Help with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup to ensure job sites remain organized and safe.
- Maintain quality and safety in all aspects of your work.
- Interact with customers professionally and represent the company’s values on-site.
